PO Cadet Raghav Shetkar, a third-year BBA (Financial Services) student and an NCC Naval Wing cadet, was conferred the Best Cadet Award, carrying a cash prize of ₹3,500 for the year 2025–26 by 1 Goa Naval Unit NCC.
The prestigious award was presented in recognition of his outstanding performance while representing the Belagavi Group in the Republic Day Camp (RDC) Best Cadet Competition held in Bengaluru. His exceptional display of leadership, discipline, commitment, and all-round excellence earned him this distinguished honour.
The award was presented by the Commanding Officer of 1 Goa Naval Unit NCC Peddem Mapusa, Captain Sumeet Sinha, in appreciation of Cadet Raghav Shetkar’s dedication, exemplary conduct, and remarkable achievements in the NCC.
