Vasundhara (Green Club) in commemoration of International Day for Biological Diversity on 22nd May 2022 organised a Photography Competition on the topic “Building a Shared Future for All Life on Earth” from 22nd May to 28th May 2022. The objective of the photography competition was to celebrate the rich biodiversity on earth and to allow students to appreciate and love nature through imagery.
15 students participated in the competition. The competition was judged on the basis of the creativity, caption, visual quality and overall impact. The competition was judged by Asst. Prof. Lizette D’Costa and Asst. Prof. Mayuresh Adsul.
Winners of the competition are as follows:
For the first place, there was a tie between Mr. Rahil Shaik and Ms. Zia Fernandes of SY B.Com, second place was bagged by Mr. Hassan Raza of TY B.Com and the third place was bagged by Ms. Sita Gupta of SY B.Com. The winners as well as the participants were provided with an e-certificate.
