The TIP Cell of the College organised a session on ‘Path to be a CEO – How to Crack a Fortune 500 Company’ for the students of all programmes of the College on 22nd February 2024 at 11.30 am in the smart classroom. The Resource Persons for the session were Mr. Nilesh Sarawate (CEO, Finance Forum of India) and Ms. Yashita Pathak.
The main objective of organising the session was to familiarise students with the opportunities available to them after completing their graduation as well as exposing them to the challenges that they might face post college life. Mr. Nilesh Sarawate enlightened the students about the challenging yet rewarding path to becoming a CEO. The participants were provided with invaluable insights and strategies to not only dream big but also execute those dreams in the most effective manner. The students were taken through the various complexities of leadership and decision making, emphasising the importance of doing the right thing, in the right way, at the right time. Ms. Yashita Pathak discussed with the students about profile building and its importance in enhancing the students’ chances of achieving their educational and professional goals. She spoke about creating and developing a well-crafted professional profile on various platforms and its importance in showcasing one’s skills as well as achievements and connecting with others in their professional networks.
The session ended with the Resource Persons attending to various queries of the students. 45 students attended the session.
