The Inter-Collegiate Women’s Baseball Tournament was organized by Goa University from 15th to 18th January 2025 at the Goa University Ground, Taleigao.
VVM’s Shree Damodar College of Commerce & Economics showcased an outstanding performance throughout the preliminary matches, securing a place in the Finals. In the championship match, DMC College, Assagao, claimed the first-place victory, while VVM’s Shree Damodar College secured a commendable second place.

The students were trained by Mr. Durgesh Prabhu Gaonkar, RMS Physical Education teacher, along with Instructor in Physical Education, Mr. Saurabh Raikar and the College Director of Physical Education & Sports, Dr. Ajinkya Kudtarkar.
The students were trained and guided by Mr. Durgesh Prabhu Gaonkar (RMS Physical Education Teacher), Mr. Saurabh Raikar (Instructor in Physical Education) and Dr. Ajinkya Kudtarkar (College Director of Physical Education & Sports).
The tournament was a testament to the players’ hard work, teamwork, and determination. Their exemplary performance reflects the college’s commitment to nurturing sports talent and promoting women’s participation in competitive sports.
